Residential Complex "Kandinskiy Bauhaus" is a finalist of the Moscow Council of Architecture Award

Residential Complex "Kandinskiy Bauhaus" has become finalist of the V annual Moscow Council of Architecture Award in the category "The best architectural and urban planning solution for the residential house of enhanced comfort".

Over 1.5 thousand projects who received in 2017 the architectural and urban planning solution, have taken part in the Award this year. The Jury consisted of members of Moscow Council of Architecture, leading architectures of Moscow, heads of the largest design offices and foreign experts under the guidance of the Chief Architect of Moscow Sergey Kuznetsov.

The projects were selected in traditional manner, by 6 nominations: residential house of "economy" class; residential house of enhanced comfort; educational and medical facility; public facility; office and administration facility; trade and household facility.

"Kandinskiy Bauhaus" is a residential complex of "comfort" class located at the address: Prichalniy proezd, 8. A large part of the design area is occupied by a stylobate, which protects the complex from noises and environmental impacts from the highway side. The stylobate has 6 residential blocks, the first floors of which have different functionalities.
